This Notice applies when you visit our websites, communicate with us, place an order, use a NodeBlaster system or related service, or request support.

Third-party mining pools, blockchains, wallets, exchanges, payment processors, remote-access services, applications, and websites have their own privacy practices. Their handling of information is not controlled by this Notice.

2. Information we collect

Contact, account, and transaction information. Name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, account details, order selections, purchase history, payment status, tax and shipping information, communications, and support records. Payment-card information is generally processed by our payment providers rather than stored by NodeBlaster.

Mining and configuration information. Selected networks, node type, pool or miner configuration, public payout or wallet addresses you provide, and related settings needed for setup or support. Never send us a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or recovery code.

Website information. Browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, cookies, and similar usage information.

Support access. Information visible during a remote-support session and records of troubleshooting actions. Remote access may require your approval or configuration.

Purpose

3. Why we use information

We use information to process orders and payments; ship and configure systems; authenticate units; provide updates and support; identify device models and compatible software; monitor reliability, security, and service health; troubleshoot failures; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain records; improve products and services; communicate with you; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.

Telemetry allows us to provide the service, determine whether a unit is operating as expected, deliver compatible updates, diagnose technical problems, and improve system stability and support. We may create aggregated or deidentified information that is not reasonably linkable to an individual or device.

Disclosure

4. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that perform hosting, payment processing, shipping, analytics, communications, security, remote support, and technical operations for us; to professional advisers; when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or users; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. If our practices change, we will provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.

Retention

5. How long we keep information

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including providing service and support, maintaining warranty and transaction records, securing systems, resolving disputes, and meeting tax, accounting, contractual, and legal obligations.

Retention periods vary by information type, relationship, legal requirements, and operational need. We may retain aggregated or deidentified information where permitted by law.

6. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, limit certain uses of sensitive information, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Submit a request using the contact information below. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when information is required to complete a transaction, provide security, comply with law, or maintain legal claims. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable.

You may control cookies through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message; service and transaction messages may continue.
